Service provider
Trading name: BaseLoom Legal form: sole proprietorship (one individual, the proprietor). Not a company or partnership, and not entered in a commercial register. The proprietor's identity is verified by our payment and banking providers and is disclosed where the law requires, for example to a court, a regulator, or a customer who signs a Business Associate Agreement or needs it to enforce our Terms of Service.
Registrations and tax
BaseLoom's Indian tax and MSME registration numbers are given to customers, payment providers and authorities on request.
Seller of record. Subscriptions are sold by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which is the seller of record for each purchase and charges, collects and remits VAT, GST or sales tax where applicable. The tax identification number that applies to your purchase is shown on the invoice issued by Dodo Payments. BaseLoom does not hold an EU or UK VAT number.
Businesses only
BaseLoom sells only to businesses and other organisations acting for business purposes. The service is not offered to consumers or directed at anyone under 18. We do not take part in consumer dispute resolution schemes. Disputes are handled as set out in section 25 of the Terms of Service (https://app.baseloom.app/?view=legal&doc=terms).
Grievance Officer (India)

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt and resolve it within one month of receipt. Please include your name, the app concerned, the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue.
